Excellent service and commitment from the great team at UV Water Systems. We had to call them out recently for a problem we thought would come under warantee. As it turned out, our system had received a lightening strike! This had created a rather expensive problem that we weren’t prepared for. We have been blown away as they stood by our original conversation and we only received a minimal charge. They even changed the quartz sleeve even though they couldn’t see a crack in it from the lightening strike, but just in case! Highly recommend these guys, best service ever!

I just wanted to let you know that your help was very much appreciated as it was the ballast that needed replacing. When I rung the original company they had no idea of what the problem would be and wanted me to go find an electrician to look at it. So if it wasn't for you I wouldn't have the water system fixed. So once again thank you.
