Great filter system but just as importantly such fantastic service from these guys! We found (in a bit of a panic) that we needed to replace our UV lamp just a few days before going overseas so that our house-sitter had safe water, and Stewart made everything so easy. Not only that but he gave us a really useful tutorial on how the new bits fitted together and on some general maintenance. You can definitely rely on him and his team.

Had cause to talk to these guys for the first time to help with my old UV system which is now obsolete. Unusually these days they are focussed on service and advice rather than just trying to make the sale. I was impressed with that. Very helpful.
